Home Purchase Agreement Your Home Purchase Agreement and Homeowner Association Documents will be sent to all parties for review electronically via DocuSign for execution within 24 hours (feel free to request a copy prior to your commitment to purchase). A deposit equaling 1 5 % of the sale price is due with the signing of your Purchase Agreement. The deposit is made easily, and securely, through our online portal. 3. Apply for your Mortgage (If Applicable) Apply for your mortgage, within (3) days of signing your Home Purchase Agreement.
