Home Purchase Agreement Your Home Purchase Agreement and Homeowner Association Documents will be sent to all parties for review electronically via DocuSign for execution within 24 hours (feel free to request a copy prior to your commitment to purchase). A deposit equaling 1 5 % of the sale price is due with the signing of your Purchase Agreement. The deposit is made easily, and securely, through our online portal. 3. Apply for your Mortgage (If Applicable) Apply for your mortgage, within (3) days of signing your Home Purchase Agreement. Receive loan commitment within (30) days of signing your Home Purchase Agreement. 4. Select your Upgrades and Color Choices (If Applicable) You will have an opportunity to select your upgrades and color choices within (14) days of signing your Purchase Agreement. Please note, depending on the stage of construction of your new home, the ability to select certain upgrades and color choices may be prohibited.
