Feedback: We purchase our home a little over a year ago in hopes to find a home in an excellent location, with great schools districts, room for growth, and one that would hold its value throughout our ownership and beyond. We went with Sterling Ridge because it met all of our requirements. Our home has been exceptionally efficient and Centex has stood behind their warranty. We’ve had minor issues, and anything urgent they’ve addressed in a timely manner. For the most part the home has just been a great place for our family to be. It’s our best purchase to date and we look forward on seeing how quickly the surrounding area will develop.

About Me: Brandon grew up in Sonora, which is in West Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Kinesiology from Angelo State University. Prior to joining our organization, Brandon was a Teacher and a Coach for 2 years with Seguin ISD. He and his wife Allyson have been married for 2 years. They have 2 Blue Lacys—Sadie & Smokey. Brandon enjoys hunting and fishing. He also likes to play music and enjoys singing.
INTERESTING FACT: Brandon would like to go elk hunting!
Name: Andrew Macha
Role: Assistant Construction Manager
About Me: Andrew grew up in College Station, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining our organization, Andrew was an employee with HEB for 2 years. He enjoys anything outdoors, climbing, basketball, ping pong, and music (piano and saxophone). INTERESTING FACT: In 2020, Andrew completed a Construction internship with our Dallas Division.

About Me: Miguel grew up in Garden City, Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University with a minor in Psychology and Agrifood Sales. Prior to joining our organization, Miguel worked for Coastal Ridge Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager for a year and a half. He has a Boxer named Chapo and enjoys working out and reading.

Role: Mortgage Financial Advisor
About Me: I was born and lived the first 40+ years of life in Houston, TX. I’m married with 3 daughters (#GirlDad) and 3 dogs (all boys). I’ve worked in the credit union industry for 22 years in either Lending or Marketing/Business Development. I received my B.A. from the University of Houston in Business Administration/ Marketing. I love to eat, travel, and play! I’m a huge sports fan and root for any team in the state of Texas (except Katy), but I’m a die-hard for my hometown. I’m excited to join the Pulte family, so I too can love my company!

About Me: Leo grew up in San Antonio. Prior to joining our organization, Leo worked at Cash America Pawn for almost 8 years. He has been married to his wife Michele for 5 years. Together, they have three birds and one dog. A few of Leo’s hobbies and interests include sports, working out at the gym, and cars.

Role: Assistant Construction Manager
About Me: Trevor grew up in Floresville, TX. Prior to joining our organization, Trevor worked for SLP Construction for 4 years. He has a Labrador named Teal and enjoys deer hunting in his spare time.

About Me: Brandon grew up in Helotes, TX. Prior to joining our organization, he was a Supervisor for 3 years with SAJ Plumbing. Brandon has been married to his wife Heather for 1 year. They have 2 children; Sophia (8) and Presley (11). They also share 4 dogs—Princess (Shepherd), Gunner (Labrador), Luckenbach (Shepherd/Lab mix), and Champion (Wire Hair Terrier). Brandon enjoys hunting and working out during his spare time.

About Me: I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2012. I have experience in just about every mortgage program there is, from Conventional, FHA, VA to USDA. I am a San Antonio native, so I have a daily drive and passion to serve the San Antonio Market, and I’m so excited to help our customers with their mortgage needs. Whether they are in the beginning phases of looking to purchase a home or have some obstacles to overcome, I am committed to making their experience an enjoyable and smooth journey. I’m excited to plant roots with PulteGroup now that my husband has retired from the United States Army. On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 children and trying new foods. I have a die-hard weakness for baking.

About Me: Gabe grew up in New Jersey. Prior to joining our organization, he was an Area Warranty Manager for Taylor Morrison for 3 years. Gabe has been married to his wife Alyce for 15 years. They have 2 children—Gabriel (11) and Christian (6). In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, sports, fishing, and training his son in basketball. Gabe is extremely excited to join the team and will definitely be a great asset with his knowledge and experience. INTERESTING FACT: Due to Gabe’s son playing AAU Basketball, he gets to travel across the nation almost every weekend!

About Me: Tanner grew up in New Braunfels, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Texas State University. Prior to joining our team, Tanner worked with Brighton Customer Builders as a Superintendent. Tanner has been married to his wife Samantha for 3 months. Congratulations to the newlyweds! He has 2 bulldogs, Lilo & Remi, and enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing. Tanner will be overseeing the homes in our Del Webb community.
INTERESTING FACT: Tanner played baseball for the University he attended.
Name: McKenzie White
Role: Division Financial Analyst
About Me: McKenzie grew up in Kerrville, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting, along with a Master’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University. Sic em’ Bears! Prior to joining the organization, McKenzie worked for Ernst & Young as a Tax Associate. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tres, for 1 year. They have one dog, a Golden Retriever, Molly, and two cats, Snickers & Twix. McKenzie enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and pickleball. INTERESTING FACT: McKenzie was once in a Six Flags-Fiesta Texas commercial! A Promotion! Name: Jacob Ortiz
New Role: Staff Accountant
From Blake Carver: Jacob joined the division as a Closing Coordinator in April 2021 and hit the ground running. He has established himself as a dependable team member of the finance team, and I am excited for his future here with Pulte.
