When your home is complete, it’s time for Celebration! You and your Customer Care Manager will meet at the home and validate your home is complete. We will celebrate the completion of your new home and you will be off to closing! Now, your new Pulte home is ready to be enjoyed by you.

After your Construction Manager’s Final Inspec- tion, another Pulte team member performs an additional independent quality review to help ensure the home is ready for the Pre-Closing Orientation.
After closing, you’ll have an opportunity to give feedback on your home and homebuilding expe- rience. A year later we will be in contact again for valuable feedback based on daily living. We care about your opinion and this feedback is how we constantly improve our homes and the Build Quality Experience TM .
