Q. WHAT IS THE EASY OFFER PROCESS?
A. This is a process in which Pulte posts a selection of homesites (i.e., residential lots) for sale online, and prospective purchasers who have expressed an interest in purchasing homes on those homesites have a fair and equal opportunity to submit an offer on one or more of those homesites, regardless of when a prospective purchaser may have first visited our community. The Easy Offer Process online site for a particular set of homesites will be set up with the lowest acceptable pricing for each homesite and available home plan (“opportunities”). The offer period will be the period of time indicated in the Easy Offer instructions (which will be emailed to interested buyers) and within the Easy Offer site. During that time, customers may submit offers on up to three of those opportunities. After the offer period closes, Pulte will assess each offer and accept the highest and best offer per opportunity as determined by Pulte in its sole discretion. All parties will be contacted regarding the outcome and next steps, whether your offer was accepted or not.
Q. WHY THE EASY OFFER PROCESS?
A. We are experiencing heightened levels of interest in the purchase of our homes. To provide a fair process that will allow interested buyers the opportunity to purchase available homes, we have decided to implement the “Easy Offer Process” for certain homesites within this community. We believe the Easy Offer Process is a fair way to ensure that interested buyers have an equal opportunity to purchase a home. Similar to the resale home market, potential buyers will have the opportunity to submit their best offer, thus having control over the strength of their offer.
Q. HOWWILL I KNOWWHICH HOMESITES ARE BEING RELEASED FOR PURCHASE USING EASY OFFER?
A. You will receive an email 1-2 days prior to the opening of the offer period with information regarding which homesites are being released for sale via the Easy Offer process.
Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT MY OFFER?
A. To submit your Easy Offer, follow the instructions emailed to you, which will include visiting the Easy Offer site and following the 4-Step Process below:
Step 1: Provide your contact information. Step 2: Complete your offer on up to 3 homesites. Step 3: Receive your confirmation statement and print or save it for your records.
Step 4: Once the Easy Offer offering period has closed, Pulte will review all submitted offers. Pulte will then accept the offer Pulte determines to be the best offer for each homesite. If your offer is accepted, a Sales Consultant will send you an email indicating that your offer was accepted and request that you contact Pulte to schedule an appointment to execute a Home Purchase Agreement. If your offer was not accepted, a Sales Consultant will contact you to discuss future opportunities and homesite releases.

Q. MAY I SUBMIT AN OFFER ON MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES? A. Yes, you will have the opportunity to submit an offer up to 3 homesites.
Q. WHO WILL SEE MY OFFER? A. Only community management will have the ability to review your offer. Other interested parties will not be aware of your offer, nor will the Sales Consultant. If your offer is accepted, a Sales Consultant will call you and communicate that your offer was accepted and schedule an appointment to execute a Purchase Agreement. If your offer was not accepted your Sales Consultant will notify you to discuss future opportunities and releases. Your Sales Consultant does not have information about “other” interested parties' offers and will not be able to share them with you. Q. WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING MY EASY OFFER? A. The Offer Period will be included in the Easy Offer Process information received via email. Offers will not and cannot be accepted outside the timeframe indicated. We will not accept verbal, written, or any other forms of offer submission other than what is being used for the Easy Offer Process. Q. HOW CAN I INCREASE THE CHANCES OF MY OFFER BEING SELECTED? A. Your offer will be compared on various points against other interested parties’ offers. The stronger your offer, the more likely it is to be selected, similar to resale, when multiple offers are submitted, the offer that presents the best situation to the seller is most often selected. Q. ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY OFFER, WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY OFFER WAS SELECTED? A. If your offer was accepted, you will hear from a Sales Consultant within 24-48 hours after close of the Offer Period. Should the original buyer back out and forego their purchase, we will call buyer 2. Q. IS THE EASY OFFER PROCESS AVAILABLE TO INVESTORS? A. Pulte Homes builds communities and homes for primary residences. We are not extending opportunities for homes being purchased as secondary residences or investment properties. Q. WHAT SHOULD I ENTER FOR MY “ESTIMATED OPTIONS’? A. If you have had an opportunity to complete a configuration with your Sales Consultant where you reviewed all options available and selected those that you would like to include in your new home, enter that number. If you have not gone through that process, please contact your Sales Consultant to do so as soon as possible.

Q. WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF MY OFFER IS SELECTED? A. If your offer is selected, a Sales Consultant will call you to congratulate you and walk you through the next 48 hours to execute a Home Purchase Agreement (on seller ’s standard Home Purchase Agreement) and provide the full deposit. We offer electronic signatures and deposits for your convenience to execute your Home Purchase Agreement if you will not be in town during this timeframe. If you do not execute your Home Purchase Agreement and/or submit the required deposit within 48 hours, your offer will be null and void. If your Home Purchase Agreement does not match or significantly varies from the information submitted in the easy offer, the seller reserves the right to reject your offer and purchase agreement. Execution by a buyer of seller ’s Home Purchase Agreement and delivery of the full deposit does not create a legally binding obligation on the seller. Seller will only be bound to sell a homesite, if, and only if, seller has executed and delivered to the buyer a Home Purchase Agreement for that homesite. *If the customer with the accepted offer is unable to follow through for any reason within 48 hours of notification, we will call the customer with the next highest and best offer. Therefore, you may receive a call that your offer was accepted after the initial 48 hours.
