PULTE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS In addition to local building requirements, we follow our own Pulte Construction Standards that meet or exceed those of the industry to give you peace of mind knowing your home is crafted with a high level of detail and care. We verify these construction standards through inspections by our Field Managers and independent, third-party inspectors.
