At Pulte Homes, we’re here to make your journey to homeownership seamless and stress-free. Here’s what to expect after you select your home:

Select the home design and unit location that fits your lifestyle and needs. Our Sales Consultants will guide you through available floor plans, unit locations, and community details. 1.Choose Your Home Your Purchase Agreement and HOA documents will be sent via DocuSign for review and signature within 48 hours. A deposit of 15% is due at signing, payable securely through our online portal. No personal checks are accepted. 2. Sign the Home Purchase Agreement Apply for a mortgage within 3 days of signing your agreement. Conditional loan approval must be received within 30 days. Whether you're working with Pulte Mortgage or another lender, proof of application must be provided to your Sales Consultant. 3. Apply for Financing (If Applicable)

Finalize your home options and finishes within 14 days of signing. Based on construction stage, some selections may not be available. For quick move-in homes, some or all finishes may already be selected. 4. Make Your Design Selections (If Applicable)

Meet your Construction and Customer Care Teams as your home progresses: Build Quality Introduction (BQI): Your Construction Manager introduces the build process and materials in your new home. Pre-Drywall Orientation (PDO): Join a virtual group session to learn how your home is built, from the foundation to safety systems.
