Q. WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF MY OFFER IS SELECTED? A. If your offer is selected, a Sales Consultant will call you to congratulate you and walk you through the next 48 hours to execute a Home Purchase Agreement (on seller ’s standard Home Purchase Agreement) and provide the full deposit. We offer electronic signatures and deposits for your convenience to execute your Home Purchase Agreement if you will not be in town during this timeframe. If you do not execute your Home Purchase Agreement and/or submit the required deposit within 48 hours, your offer will be null and void. If your Home Purchase Agreement does not match or significantly varies from the information submitted in the easy offer, the seller reserves the right to reject your offer and purchase agreement. Execution by a buyer of seller ’s Home Purchase Agreement and delivery of the full deposit does not create a legally binding obligation on the seller. Seller will only be bound to sell a homesite, if, and only if, seller has executed and delivered to the buyer a Home Purchase Agreement for that homesite. *If the customer with the accepted offer is unable to follow through for any reason within 48 hours of notification, we will call the customer with the next highest and best offer.
