EASY OFFER FAQS

Q. MAY I SUBMIT AN OFFER ON MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES? A. Yes, you will have the opportunity to submit an offer on up to 2 homesites.

Q. WHO WILL SEE MY OFFER? A. Only community management will have the ability to review your offer. Other interested parties will not be aware of your offer, nor will the Sales Consultant. If your offer is accepted, a Sales Consultant will call you and communicate that your offer was accepted and schedule an appointment to execute a Purchase Agreement. If your offer was not accepted your Sales Consultant will notify you to discuss future opportunities and releases. Your Sales Consultant does not have information about “other” interested parties' offers and will not be able to share them with you. Q. WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING MY EASY OFFER? A. The Offer Period will be included in the Easy Offer Process information received via email. Offers will not and cannot be accepted outside the timeframe indicated. We will not accept verbal, written, or any other forms of offer submission other than what is being used for the Easy Offer Process. Q. HOW CAN I INCREASE THE CHANCES OF MY OFFER BEING SELECTED? A. Your offer will be compared on various points against other interested parties’ offers. The stronger your offer, the more likely it is to be selected, similar to resale, when multiple offers are submitted, the offer that presents the best situation to the seller is most often selected. Q. ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY OFFER, WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY OFFER WAS SELECTED? A. If your offer was accepted, you will hear from a Sales Consultant within 24-48 hours after close of the Offer Period. Should the original buyer back out and forego their purchase, we will call buyer 2. Q. IS THE EASY OFFER PROCESS AVAILABLE TO INVESTORS? A. Pulte Homes builds communities and homes for primary residences. We are not extending opportunities for homes being purchased as secondary residences or investment properties. Q. WHAT SHOULD I ENTER FOR MY “ESTIMATED OPTIONS’? A. If you have had an opportunity to complete a configuration with your Sales Consultant where you reviewed all options available and selected those that you would like to include in your new home, enter that number. If you have not gone through that process, please contact your Sales Consultant to do so as soon as possible.
