HOME INTERIOR

• Adjust Registers for Ideal Temperature Balance • Ensure Return Air Vents are Unobstructed • Check Fire Extinguisher Charge Level (refill or replace as needed) • Clean Kitchen and Bath Exhaust Fan Filters • Clean Faucet and Shower Head Aerators (replace washers as needed) • Inspect Shower, Tub and Backsplash Caulking (seal and re-caulk as needed) • Inspect Wall and Floor Tile Grout (seal and repair as needed) • Clean Dryer Vent of Lint and Debris (inspect dryer booster fan if applicable) • Inspect Exterior Door Threshold Contacts (adjust as needed) • Inspect Weather Stripping (replace as needed) • Lubricate All Door Hinges with Silicone Spray • Inspect Interior Trim for Shrinkage and Separations (repair as needed) • Wash Windows and Screens (clear weep holes as needed) • Apply Conditioner to Wood Cabinets • Clean Kitchen and Bath Exhaust Fan Filters (quarterly) • Clean Faucet and Shower Head Aerators (replace washers as needed) • Inspect Shower, Tub and Backsplash Caulking (re-caulk as needed) • Inspect Wall and Floor Tile Grout (repair as needed)

MECHANICALS

• Change Batteries in Smoke Detectors • Test Air Conditioning and Thermostat Operation (once outside temperatures allow) • Clear Debris and Mineral Deposits from Water Heater • Clear Debris from A/C Compressor & Ensure Level Stance • Inspect Water Heater for Leaks or Rust • Clear Water Heater of Debris and Mineral Deposits
