• Fertilize Lawn and Landscaping Plants (water regularly) • Prune Trees and Shrubs that Touch the House • Check Drainage Swales for Proper Rain Water Flow (correct as needed) • Ensure Water Drains Away from Foundation (correct as needed) • Inspect Grading for Erosion, Settling and Soil Build-up (correct as needed) • Adjust Sprinkler System Settings (if applicable) • Fertilize Lawn and Landscaping Plants (water regularly) • Check Drainage Swales for Proper Rain Water Flow (correct as needed)
HOME EXTERIOR
• Clean Gutters, Downspouts and Window Wells • Ensure Eaves and Attic Vents are Unobstructed • Inspect Exterior Caulking (re-caulk as needed)
• Inspect Exterior Paint, Stain and Siding (repair as needed) • Inspect Garage Door (lubricate & check bolts as needed) • Check Downspouts & Splash Blocks for Proper Drainage • Clean Condenser Coil on Air Conditioner Unit o Remove dirt accumulated on the condenser coils per the manufacturers recommendations and safety procedures. o Trim branches of nearby bushes not to impact unit efficiency
