The PulteGroup Home Expressions Studio is intended to enhance your home Personalization Process and overall Build Quality Experience. We aim to provide design selections to personalize your home based on your lifestyle and preferences. This is your guide to help you prepare for your appointment with one of our professional Design Consultants. Use this guide to make note of items on your checklist you find to be important and to learn about the option details.

CABINET SELECTIONS

Cabinetry is the heartbeat of your home. It sets the pace for style, color, and functional aspects of your lifestyle. There are traditional and trendy designs available with unique paint colors and stain selections. We always suggest walking the models and noting features in the kitchen. Begin by picking your style and color. You will also have personalization opportunities to select hardware, soft close hinges, interior accessories and optional cabinetry additions.

COUNTERTOP SELECTIONS

Countertops add the perfect accent to your cabinet choices with unique options in both granite and quartz. Each material has its specific functional aspects in style. You will select your countertops for the kitchen and baths, along with an edge style.

Granite is a natural product and every slap cut for your home has unique character. The natural properties can be more refined or very exotic. A small sample cannot fully represent all the natural characteristics and variations that a fully installed kitchen may contain.

Quartz selections are engineered and offer the appearance of natural stone materials in a consistent manner.

KITCHEN BACKSPLASH SELECTIONS

Your home will receive a tiled backsplash in the kitchen. There are many tiles and stone selections that enhance your style. It is also very important to pick a selection that is functional for your lifestyle. Some backsplash material is more prone to stains and cleaning challenges, so be sure to think that through before your design appointment. There are small mosaic patterns, tiles with patterns, and larger tiles which can be laid square, staggered, or on the diagonal. There are many selections to take into consideration and your designer will help you achieve your style and preference.

SINK SELECTIONS

Sink selections are all undermount style, which means the sink is installed below the countertop. Sink material type is important in satisfying needs for durability, functionality, and aesthetics to match your lifestyle and expectations. The kitchen sinks are available in different finishes and depths. Bathroom sinks are available in different sizes and shapes.

You will pick the kitchen sink and one selection for all bathrooms.

PLUMBING FIXTURES & BATH ACCESSORY SELECTIONS

Your bathroom faucet selections are very important to meet your function and style requirements. There are many faucet and coordinating bath accessory finishes available*. You have a conventional water heater in your new home, but you can select a tankless water heater.

BATHROOM SELECTIONS

Bathroom selections are very important in creating the style you desire. There are many selections that will accent your cabinets and countertops to create a big impact on the look and feel of the bathroom. Depending on your tile selection, white cabinetry can take on a very traditional, transitional, or even contemporary look. We suggest walking the model and browsing ideas online to get a very good feeling for your style and preferences. Your design consultant will help you focus on the right choices to personalize your bathrooms.

FRAMED MIRROR SELECTIONS

PulteGroup offers framed mirrors as an alternative to standard unframed mirrors in select bathrooms throughout the home. This selection is a great compliment to the other elements you can personalize your bathrooms with. Your design consultant can guide you on the choices that are available.

LIGHT FIXTURE SELECTIONS

Lighting Fixtures are very important in creating a

decorative enhancement and aura to a home. There are many selections to consider adding to reflect the style you want to achieve. We offer packages in a variety of different styles and finishes as well as additional can lights, pendants over kitchen islands, and ceiling fans.

DOOR HARDWARE SELECTIONS

Door hardware can really compliment your interior styling and door selections in your new home. Door hardware is available in both transitional and contemporary styles in several finishes.

EXTERIOR & INTERIOR DOOR SELECTIONS

Doors can really compliment your home’s elevation and interior styling. Different door style selections can add function and style to your home. Your design consultant will guide you through the choices.

STAIRCASE & WOODWORK SELECTIONS

Staircases & Woodwork are available to accent your home style and interior selections. Staircases are available with choices of stain color, newel posts and balusters. You will also have selections of baseboard and crown molding.

INTERIOR PAINT SELECTIONS

Your home comes with a neutral tone of paint, applied to both walls and ceilings. The baseboard, casings, interior trim work, and doors are painted in a soft white tone to accent your wall color. You have the opportunity to select an alternative color package that introduces separate wall and ceiling colors.

When choosing this two- tone paint selection, the ceiling is painted white which can provide an impression of expanded height and space within your home.

FLOORING SELECTIONS

Flooring plays a very large role in the durability and beauty of a home. There are many opportunities to personalize your flooring using different materials, styles, color, and locations. We suggest walking the model to see how it was configured and how flooring can compliment the livability of the floorplan.

Tile, Wood, or Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring are hard surfaces, and are typically best in high traffic areas.

Carpet is normally chosen in the bedrooms and on the stairs.

You will review all locations for available selections of flooring to determine what will fit your style and preferences best.

FIREPLACE SELECTIONS

Fireplaces are offered within designated floor plans as an option. They are selected at contract with your Sales Consultant and cannot be added at your design appointment. If selected, there are different design styles that will determine which selections are available for the surround and mantle. Your Design Consultant will help you choose tile or stone selections and the coordinating mantle that best reflects your style preference.

ELECTRICAL SELECTIONS

Your home has a great range of electrical ad low voltage selections available. Your Design Consultant will review your entire floor plan to ensure that you are clear on what is included before you consider your additions. Some items to consider are whether you desire more outlets, specialty outlets, or exterior up- lighting at predetermined locations. A popular selection is a dedicated outlet in the garage for a second refrigerator or freezer.

You will also be contacted by Ranger Technologies, our low voltage vendor, who will schedule a separate appointment with you at our Home Expressions Studio.

During that appointment, you will review additional low voltage options such as wiring for entertainment equipment, cameras, security needs, etc.
