1 Meet with a Sales Consultant and complete a purchase agreement.
2 Complete an application with Pulte Mortgage ™ or the outside lender you choose .
3 Create an online Owner’s Entry account using your purchase agreement number .
4 Shortly after signing your purchase agreement, you will attend your design appointment where y ou will have the opportunity to personalize your new home.
Obtain your conditional loan approval within 60 d ays of application with Pulte Mortgage ™ or the outside lender you choose .

Attend 3 construction meetings with your Construction Manager: - Build Quality Introduction ( pre-foundation pour, meet your Construction Manager, review lot survey, and discuss the building process)
- Build Quality Pre-Drywall Orientation - Build Quality Pre-Closing Orientation - Build Quality Celebration ( f inal walk-through)
C lose on your home at PGP Title ™ (or your chosen company) and receive your keys!

We're still he re for you after you close on your home. You will be contacted by a member of our Customer Care Team for a Post Close introduction and then prior to the end of your 1st year warranty, the Built to Last Follow Up Meeting where we will verify home performance and ask for your valuable feedback on your new home.
