Highland at Vale Virtual Check In Process
Due to increased demand, we have decided to roll out a virtual “check- in” process for our sales opening at Highland at Vale.
Starting on Saturday, April 8th at 7:00 AM you will be able to check in to request your sales appointment using a Microsoft Forms link that will be emailed to you a couple days prior. *Until 7:00 AM on Saturday, the virtual check-in link will not work and you will see a screen that says “This form is currently not accepting responses”. Please provide your legal name, contact information, and first and second homesite choices. Only one household member is allowed to check-in. Beginning at 9:00 AM, our Sales Consultant will reach out to the list of interested parties in order of when they checked in. Please note you will need to be available that day to finalize your structural options & provide your earnest money deposit either via certified funds or using our secure EPAY system. If we are unable to reach you, we will move on to the next interested party. The contract will be sent to you after the meeting via electronic signatures. You must sign your contract paperwork within 24 hours of receiving it or it will be voided and we will move on to the next buyer in line. Modifications or the additions of special language in our contracts are prohibited. Home to sell contingencies will not be accepted at this time. Please reach out if you have any questions.
