Home Expressions Design Studio Process

1. Once sales agreement is accepted, your sales consultant will schedule a Home Expressions Design Studio appointment through Studio link. This appointment must occur within 14 days of signing the sales agreement. Within this time frame, your sales consultant will send the Design Studio team all pertinent sales agreement information, including the Move-In Ready Form which denotes what stage of construction your home is in. 2. You will receive a confirmation email from the studio confirming date, time, and location as well length of appointment. The confirmation email will also provide a link to the 3D tour of the studio. 3. During the design appointment, you will be able to personalize your home completely if it is a presale. If the home you purchased is a quick move-in home, some or all of the choices will be limited based on the construction stage of the home.

4. At the end of the design appointment you will be provided with your design change order and your flooring and wall tile quotes. 5. Within 72 hours, the Design Studio team will email your tile drawings, final numbers, cabinet drawings, electrical plans and other supplemental paperwork to you for review. You are given 48 hours to review and respond with changes or corrections. 6. Finally, once you have agreed to keep all choices and that the design paperwork is correct, the Design Studio team will send all documentation for signatures via DocuSign. The entire design selection process must be completed within 21 days of the accepted sales agreement. *This timeline is subject to change for quick move-in homes as changes may be restricted or not permitted.
