•On-time •Professionally dressed and presenting business card – (Professionally dressed is company logo polo shirt and jeans/slacks without rips.) •Provide quick overview of work to be performed •Request buyer to have apps downloaded in advance of this appointment and all phones and tablets ready for the orientation. •Concierge call center to provide apps in scheduling call •Explain completely, in a way the homeowner can understand, the work to be performed, where the representative will be in the home and how they will be teaching them hands-on how to control their home. •Lastly, show putting on show covers/booties

Step 1 -Front Door greeting – (anticipated to take 5 mins).

Step 2 -Switch installation and WAP activation – (anticipated to take 10-15 mins). Step 3 – Thermostat Set-Up - (anticipated to take 10-15 mins). Step 4 - Door Lock Set-Up – Front Door - (anticipated to take 10-15 mins).

•White Glove vendor to verify all mobile devices are present and all APPs have already been downloaded as per the instructions from the White Glove vendor when setting up the appointment. If not, this will add time to the White Glove and the APPs should be downloaded now to minimize this impact. See Scheduling Call White Glove Appointment Script below. •These APPs include the following APPs: eero, Legrand or Ubiquity, Schlage, Honeywell or Nest, Liftmaster or Genie, Rainbird or Hunter and others if additional product was purchased. •Check the Internet Service Providers installation. Did they install the Modem and WI Fi Router inside Plastic Structured Wiring Panel as expected? This should also be verified the day before the White Glove Appointment in the confirmation phone call.

•Pair to network with either buyer entering the network password or homeowner doing this per homeowner’s request. Thermostat is likely to immediately run an update. Move on to step 4 and come back to complete the thermostat after it finishes the update. •Program max and minimum temperature settings per homeowner preference and desired set points and humidity set to 50%. •Set up Geofencing feature and establish radius per homeowner’s request.

•Install 4 AA batteries and show homeowner how to replace them. •Pair devices to the Wi-Fi Network •Show buyer how to set up a temporary Guest User Code for day and time activation for people like cleaners, or visitors
