Welcome to the Build Quality Experience! Pulte Homes has condensed the build process into 10 steps based on creating Quality work and providing the best customer experience. You’re in Step #1, the Build Quality Introduction , and right now you’re meeting with your Sales Consultant and Field Manager. We want you to leave this meeting feeling confident and ready to move through the rest of the Build Quality Experience!

Midway through the construction process, you’ll be treated to a guided tour of your home-in-progress. Your Field Manager will personally lead you through the build and show off the structural integrity, mechanical elements and expert craftsmanship of your home. Take this time to visualize your design choices. Ask questions about the construction process. It’s your chance to get to know your home!

The Celebration is the realization of your vision—your chance to explore the place where you’ll raise your kids, host gatherings, or enjoy a life after your career. Your Field Manager will guide you through each room, showcasing the Quality and care in every aspect of the build, and answer any questions you might have. The moment has arrived. Your home is finished. Welcome home.
